Manager, Total Rewards – Hybrid Role

Manage and advance Pursuit’s Total Rewards programs as a Manager, focusing on compensation, benefits, and leave across the U.S. and Canada in a hybrid work setting.
This full-time role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate compensation structures, develop effective incentive programs, and administer benefits while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to improving worker experiences and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administration of all compensation initiatives

• Analyze pay equity internally and align with market standards

• Create and track effectiveness of incentive compensation plans

• Administer team member benefits and coordinate renewals

• Manage leave programs and enhance compliance processes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration

• 5+ years in compensation and benefits administration

• Certifications like CCP or CEBS are advantageous

• Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Workday for compensation and benefits management
