The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level (non hourly) corporate roles, with a primary focus on finance positions supporting corporate functions teams. This role is well-suited for individuals in the mid stages of their recruiting career (approximately 4-8 years of experience) who are looking to grow their impact, strengthen stakeholder partnership skills, and operate in a data-driven, enterprise environment.
WhatYou Will Do
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage 15–20+ active requisitions for finance and corporate roles (e.g., cost accountant, financial planning & analysis, strategic finance)
- Support full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, functional skills, and alignment to role requirements
- Build candidate pipelines using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies—particularly for finance roles in a corporate environment
- Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to support informed decision-making
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and hiring status to maintain momentum and alignment
Recruiting Operations & Tools
- Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and Hired Score, ensuring accurate tracking, timely dispositioning, and high data integrity
- Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion, operating effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
- 4+ years of work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or role-related experience
- Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles
- Experience large organization (10,000+ employees)
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS (or similar) and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Paradox, or Hired score
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
- US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
- US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
- US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
- US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
- US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
