Recruitment Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator (Remote Contract) – Eastern Canada

We're looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our fast-paced startup and support a growing global recruiting team. This is a 3–6 month remote contract for someone based in Eastern Canada who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys keeping recruiting operations running smoothly.

Location

• Remote, based in Eastern Canada - 40 hrs/ full time 3-6 months
• Must be able to be online/available 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST daily to support hiring teams and candidates across multiple international time zones. Additional flexible hours may be worked as needed.

Contract

• 3–6 month contract
• Remote, Rate is $35.00 CDN/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
• Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and scheduling
• Handle scheduling changes and last-minute requests with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation
• Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
• Prioritize multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a high-volume scheduling/coordination role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or Ashby is a strong asset
• Experience supporting startup or high-growth recruiting teams is preferred
