As an MSP Recruiter, you ensure that the right technical professionals are matched with the right projects at the right time.

You’ll work for leading organizations in sectors such as aerospace, manufacturing, high-tech, and industrial technology. Think of clients like Airbus and other international organizations where specialized knowledge makes all the difference.

As an MSP Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for external professionals at one or more Smart Industry clients. You serve as the link between hiring managers, vendors, and professionals. By thoroughly understanding the needs behind a request, you advise on the opportunities available in the market and guide the entire process, from the initial intake to a successful placement.

In doing so, you look beyond just today’s job opening. You build lasting relationships with stakeholders, contribute ideas on capacity issues, and develop yourself into a knowledgeable sparring partner in the areas of external hiring, labor market trends, and talent availability. Especially within the technical market, where specialized knowledge is scarce, you make a difference by striking the right balance between speed, quality, and a deep understanding of the market.

• You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to placement;

• You advise hiring managers on the job market, available professionals, and the best recruitment approach;

• You will be in daily contact with suppliers and external professionals;

• You build lasting relationships with stakeholders within your client(s);

• You will monitor the quality, progress, and turnaround time of recruitment processes;

• You analyze market trends and translate them into concrete recommendations for your client;

• You will actively contribute ideas for process improvements and help further develop the MSP program.

Salary that matches your experience

You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience. We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.

Vacation pay and days off

You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per year based on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

Hybrid working

We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split, whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and two days working from home.

Premium-free pension

We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.

Performance bonus

Depending on your performance and that of Head First Group, you may receive an annual bonus of one or two months' salary.

Monthly extras

You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget, a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.
