Recruitment Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator (Remote Contract) – Eastern Canada
We're looking for a highly organized  Recruiting Coordinator (RC)  to join our fast-paced startup and support a growing global recruiting team. This is a  3–6 month remote contract  for someone based in  Eastern Canada  who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys keeping recruiting operations running smoothly.
Location
Remote, based in  Eastern Canada - 40 hrs/ full time 3-6 months
Must be able to be online/available  8:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST daily  to support hiring teams and candidates across multiple international time zones. Additional flexible hours may be worked as needed.
Contract
3–6 month contract
Remote, Rate is $35.00 CDN/Hr.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and scheduling
Handle scheduling changes and last-minute requests with professionalism and urgency
Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation
Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
Prioritize multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a high-volume scheduling/coordination role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience with  Greenhouse  and/or  Ashby  is a strong asset
Experience supporting startup or high-growth recruiting teams is preferred
