We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our compensation team in a temporary capacity. • Monitor and triage the shared Compensation inbox, manage tickets, and handle basic requests.
• Conduct recurring data audits, generate standard reporting files, and create Employee Census documentation.
• Assist with compensation cycle documentation, slide formatting, digital accessibility reviews, and scheduling meetings.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Drive.
• Exceptional attention to detail in data entry, auditing, and reviewing documents.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across internal HR teams.

• Prior Human Resources experience, specifically within a Compensation function.
• Experience navigating or performing audits within Workday and Pay Factors.
• Background in data analysis or reporting.
• Experience with Visio or process mapping tools.

This role starts ASAP and may extend beyond October 31, based on project needs. Training will be conducted onsite, after which you can enjoy a hybrid schedule with remote work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
