Amentum is seeking a Mid-level Recruiter to support the Sustainment & Analytic Line of Business. This position is largely remote and collaborates within a center of excellence to deliver efficient hiring across disciplines.
You will manage 30–40 requisitions, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate networks while adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Some evenings/weekends may be required during surge periods.
