Jobtailor zoekt een proactieve sourcer/recruiter die actief kandidaten benadert voor customer service-functies bij onze klant en talentpijplijnen opbouwt.
Je werkt minimaal drie dagen per week op kantoor in Amersfoort (dinsdag) en Amsterdam (donderdag) en kunt twee dagen per week remote werken; ervaring in recruitment is geen vereiste maar leervermogen telt.
Je gebruikt Linked In Recruiter, job boards en referrals om gekwalificeerde shortlists aan te leveren binnen SLA’s.
