Aethon Groep zoekt een Casemanager Verzuim & Inzetbaarheid die medewerkers, leidinggevenden en arbodienst bijstaat. Je beheert een eigen caseload en werkt voornamelijk op afstand via Teams en telefoon, met intensieve afstemming met managers en externe partijen.
De rol is hands-on en praktisch, met verzuimdossierbeheer, overleg met arbodienst en regelt alle benodigde stappen bij verzuim. Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt bij langer verzuim regie over van de leidinggevende.
