Avantor is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to source, screen, and onboard top talent for our North America Commercial Sales team. In this remote role, you will build candidate pools, establish partnerships with managers, and drive an efficient interviewing and onboarding process.
You’ll also create offers and maintain ATS data to support staffing decisions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, Workday/ATS experience, and a data-driven, collaborative mindset.
