Their product is focused on delivering high reliability for long-running workflows, persistent context, and genuine real-world task completion. The system needs to handle reasoning across multiple steps, work with external tools, and stay dependable despite unpredictable model behavior. The goal is to make completing daily tasks enjoyable while cutting the time required by roughly 90%*.
RoleYou will support recruiting from start to finish across our client's product, engineering, and business roles.
This is a practical, execution focused position. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It is a strong fit for someone at an early stage of their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring genuinely works in practice.
What you will be doing- Support the entire recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening through to interview coordination and offer support.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including Linked In, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- Review resumes and run initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate records accurate and current in the ATS, maintaining data quality and process consistency.
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team grows, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.
- 8 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles
- Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets or Excel and basic ATS systems.
- A proactive, learning oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
