Via is seeking a Payroll Lead EMEA to own the end-to-end payroll process for 1,400+ employees across the region. You will process German hourly payroll, guide Payroll Managers across Israel and Europe, and ensure compliance with changing regulations. Remote-friendly with travel monthly to Berlin or Amsterdam for local team alignment.
You will collaborate with Finance, People, and Operations to strengthen payroll processes, maintain confidentiality, and deliver accurate monthly payrolls on time.
