Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support long-term hiring needs for a corporate environment in Bloomington, Minnesota. This is a Long-term Contract position suited for a detail-oriented recruiter who can manage end-to-end talent acquisition across a range of roles, including engineering searches. The ideal candidate brings a strong sourcing mindset, builds effective partnerships with hiring leaders, and uses modern recruiting tools to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through offer coordination and hiring completion.

- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define role expectations, align on talent needs, and maintain momentum throughout each search.

- Identify and engage talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing methods, including Linked In Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns.

- Manage corporate recruiting activities across multiple requisitions while balancing priorities, timelines, and candidate pipelines.

- Support recruitment for specialized positions, including engineering roles, by developing tailored search approaches and evaluating market availability.

- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and workflow records within Workday and Workday Recruiting to ensure reporting and process consistency.

- Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present candidates with relevant experience based on experience, capabilities, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interview logistics, gather feedback from stakeholders, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.

- Contribute to recruiting process improvements, including updates tied to tools, workflows, or operational changes when needed.

Requirements

- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong background in full cycle talent acquisition, ideally within the manfacturing space.

- Demonstrated success in hiring within sales.

- Experience sourcing candidates directly through Linked In Recruiter and other proactive talent identification methods.

- Familiarity with recruiting for engineering or other specialized roles.

- Hands-on experience using Workday and Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions and candidate activity.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.

- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, maintain organized processes, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
