Raise PBC is seeking an Associate Training & Development Specialist to collaborate with the training team, oversee preboarding, onboarding, and overall training delivery. You will work with multiple teams to address training needs and assist with delivering training requests.
You will help create training materials, support onboarding classes, and manage LMS content while maintaining communications with new hires. This is a remote, 12-month contract with potential extension.
