Position: Remote Senior Recruiter for Prosci
Elevate Prosci's talent acquisition efforts as a Remote Senior Contract Recruiter for the US and Canada. Leverage your full life cycle recruiting skills to enhance candidate experiences and pipeline management.

In this temporary role, you will manage full life cycle recruiting, collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. With a workload of 20-40 hours a week, you'll be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Your expertise in US and Canadian recruitment practices will help ensure compliance and diversity throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting efficiently across the US and Canada

• Lead intake conversations to define role scope and timelines

• Source candidates using various channels, including Prosci's ATS

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

• Support offer negotiations and onboarding activities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of in-house or agency recruiting experience

• Profound knowledge of US and Canadian hiring practices

• Strong communication skills with multiple stakeholder management

• Ability to work independently and manage diverse requisition loads

• Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment processes
