Bilingual HCM Training Consultant Role

Elevate training experiences as a Bilingual HCM Training Consultant at Dayforce, fluent in both French and English. This remote position focuses on delivering quality training to maximize user engagement with Dayforce HCM.

In this dynamic role, you will partner with customers to identify their training needs and create tailored training solutions. Working closely with the Global Training Services team, you will maintain expertise on Dayforce functionalities to ensure effective delivery across government projects. Your bilingual capacity will enhance communication and training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions

• Maintain updated knowledge on Dayforce functionalities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training

• Resolve training issues to enhance user experience

• Design and produce training documentation and resources

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English
