Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.
  
  Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Aminimumof3-5yearsof
  
  Human Resources Management experience ,preferably in healthcare.
