Randstad Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support high-volume recruitment operations across North America in a mostly remote setup. You will generate and track offer letters, coordinate background checks, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from offer through Day 1 onboarding, with on-site days limited to 3 per month.
