Human Resources - Health and Safety at Work

Within the "human resources - health and safety at work" section, you will be part of a team of four. Under the authority of the section chief, you will be the "organization" representative of the management and the pilot of the future time and absence management information system. You will play a leading role in monitoring the BPRHFDI indicators. You also participate in all activities related to "proximity" human resources management: personnel records (mostly category A agents), recruitment, mobility, contracts, evaluation, advancement, decorations, work time arrangements, leave and absences, cessation of functions, remuneration...

You are an experienced civil servant in human resources management processes; you enjoy human contact and teamwork; you are ready to be the main actor in the implementation of the organization's HR policy, in accordance with the management's wishes; you are eager to be the reference for the deployment of the time and absence management information system (modernization of the tool, implementation of variable hours, etc.);
