Position: Human Resources Partner for Extendicare
Contribute to Extendicare's mission as a Human Resources Business Partner in Ontario, focusing on employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives in a hybrid of on-site and remote work.

Extendicare is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a vital HR contact within its Ontario operations. You will work collaboratively with business leaders, providing expert advice on employee relations, compensation strategies, and policy applications. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and strategic guidance to enhance the HR function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR advice on employee matters

• Collaborate on grievance resolutions and inquiries

• Facilitate the implementation of company policies

• Assess HR services and identify improvement areas

• Foster innovative ideas for HR processes

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in HR

• At least 5 years of HR experience, 3 years as HRBP

• Leadership aptitude and project management skills

• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
