Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Fivos Group is a rapidly expanding consulting & recruiting firm specialized in industrial maintenance, skilled trades, and engineering support. We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team.

• Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, ATS/CRM (Bullhorn), social media, and networking events.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and characteristics.
• Build relationships with job seekers and act on their best interests.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with both candidates, customers, and colleagues.
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines

• Entry Level, Mid-level, Senior Level experience accepted.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and high value decision making.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Proven experience hitting KPIs, quotas, and deadlines.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Coachable with a desire to develop personally and professionally.
• Sales, recruiting, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be within Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Columbia, SC, or Charlotte, NC areas.

• Competitive base salary. (Based on experience) $40,000 - $70,000
• Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities OTE $105 - $200k (Expected within 1 year)
• Hybrid-Remote. (Work from home) On-site with customers.
