Big Stone Therapies is looking for a Recruiter to help attract exceptional clinicians who make a lasting difference in the communities we serve.

• Develop engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Source and connect with prospective candidates through multiple recruiting channels
• Build and maintain relationships with students, clinical affiliates, and experienced clinicians
• Coordinate interviews, clinic visits, and candidate experiences
• Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
• Present and negotiate employment offers
• Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

• Travel to career fairs and universities
• Represent Big Stone Therapies at professional conferences
• Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Help shape our employer brand

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
• Experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship-building roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel regularly for recruitment events
• Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends for career fairs and networking events
