Tiello is a construction-specialist permanent placement recruiting firm. We place top talent across five divisions, with a team of 25+ recruiters and an aggressive growth plan.

This can be either a REMOTE position for the right person, with on-site office time required in Orange County throughout the year, or a full-time in-office position, on-site in Orange County (relocation assistance is available).

Now we're hiring the person who brings it all to life — someone who owns how recruiters at Tiello are trained, developed, and ramped from day one through senior levels.

If you've lived agency recruitment and love developing people more than running your own desk, this is the seat where that skill set becomes your full-time job.

• Own new recruiter onboarding end-to-end — build and run a structured ramp program that gets new hires billing fast (From Day 1 till first placement)
• Design and deliver ongoing training across the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, candidate qualification, business development, client development, fee negotiation, closing, and pipeline management
• Coach recruiters 1:1 and in small groups — live call reviews, deal debriefs, roleplay, and skill drills
• Partner with Division Managers and founders to identify skill gaps and build targeted training in response
• Develop training for both sourcing-focused and full-cycle recruiter tracks
• Track training effectiveness against real outcomes — ramp time, placement volume, fee quality
• Support promotion readiness: help recruiters build the skills to hit their next level

• 5+ years in agency recruitment (perm placement strongly preferred) — you've carried a desk and know what good looks like
• Experience training, coaching, or managing recruiters — formally or as the person everyone learned from
• A strong communicator who can break down complex recruiting skills into teachable, repeatable frameworks
• Organized and self-directed — you'll build much of this program from the ground up in a remote-first environment
• Energized by other people's wins — you measure your success in their numbers
• Bonus: experience in construction/trades recruiting, or building L&D programs at a staffing firm
