Standard Aero seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that build employee capability. You will partner with stakeholders, manage the Absorb LMS, and shape professional development across the organization.
This role focuses on organizational learning rather than technical maintenance training. Remote work may be available; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of instructional design experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360.
