CDL Driver Recruiter

Reveille Trucking Inc is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers. This role supports the full applicant journey from initial contact through orientation, while strengthening relationships that help fill trucks and improve hiring performance.

In this hybrid position based in Harlingen, TX 78552
, you will partner with recruiting and operations to align driver hiring needs with consistent outreach. You will use phone-based screening, ongoing communication, and targeted advertising to identify strong candidates and guide them through onboarding.

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL Class A drivers
• Manage applicants from first contact through orientation
• Advertise openings on Indeed, Facebook, Craigslist
  , and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct phone interviews and pre-screen applicants
• Maintain frequent communication with prospective drivers using calls, text, and email
• Build relationships with CDL schools
  , referral sources, and industry contacts
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Work closely with operations to understand current hiring needs

• Previous recruiting experience, with transportation industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong organization and detail orientation
• Comfortable using recruiting software
