• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, develop talent strategies, and deliver top-performing hires.

• Build andmaintainstrong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing insights on market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while driving hiring results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• 4-7 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role

• A consistent track‑record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
