Dexterra Group is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, general labour, and trades roles within our remote services division. You will work with the Workforce Planning & Business Analyst and HR stakeholders to fill vacancies and build a robust talent pipeline.
You will screen candidates via resume reviews and phone interviews, develop postings, coordinate interviews, prepare and send offers, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
