The Contractor Consultants is a fast‑growing, fully remote B2B services company building the HR foundation for a hyper‑growth organization. You will be the first in‑house HR Manager, designing and scaling the human resources function for a distributed, multi‑state workforce.
You will translate an in‑flight HR audit into scalable playbooks, manage core HR operations for US employees and international contractors, and standardize onboarding and offboarding workflows by role and state.
