Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records across a remote, full-time role. You will own the employee lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and partner with payroll and benefits teams to keep enrollments up to date.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday or ADP. SHRM-CP/PHR certification is a plus.
