Location: New York
Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage daily HR administration across the employee lifecycle. You will support HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll, policy implementation, and respond to employee inquiries.
The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and discretion in a fast-paced environment, with in-office work Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays.
