Responsibilities Oversee the processing of payroll data for Italian employees

Maintain accurate employee records

Verify and reconcile employee data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions

Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings

Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues

Ensure compliance with Italian payroll laws and regulations

Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field

Strong knowledge of Italian payroll laws and regulations

Experience using Zucchetti payroll system

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong proficiency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, AITotal Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.

Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
