Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions

• Partner with hiring managers to determine role requirements

• Keep recruitment metrics updated in the ATS

• Promote equitable hiring practices to enhance our culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting within SaaS

• Proven success in managing high volumes of searches

• Exceptional skills in outbound sourcing strategy development

• Experience in structured hiring processes and candidate assessments

• Ability to analyze and act on recruitment data metrics
