Triwill Group is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our People Operations as the sole HR leader. This hands-on role focuses on payroll, benefits, HRIS (Rippling), compliance, and employee lifecycle, partnering with Finance and leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.
You will own multi-state payroll, administer benefits, maintain the employee handbook, and support recruitment while advising managers on employee matters. Remote work within the continental U.S.
