Thuisgenoten zoekt een Senior HR Support medewerker die middenin de HR-praktijk staat en samen met het team zoekt naar slimme verbeteringen. Je werkt in Almelo met 8 HR-supportmedewerkers, 3 HR-adviseurs en 3 recruiters en draagt bij aan consistente HR-support voor meerdere labels.
Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in HR Support of personeelsadministratie en kent de CAO VVT. Thuiswerken is mogelijk en er ligt ruimte voor persoonlijke groei in een collegiaal team.
