The Doran Group is seeking a part-time HR Compliance Specialist to support our HR function across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The role is 20–29 hours per week, hybrid with mostly remote work, and hourly pay of $30–$34.50; this position is non-benefits eligible.
You will monitor employment laws, update handbooks, ensure wage-and-hour compliance, manage I-9/E-Verify, and support audits and training with the VP of HR. Strong detail orientation and discretion are essential.
