Vantage Education Group sucht eine HR Assistenz (m/w/d) 80-100% zur Festanstellung. Du betreust das Recruiting-Tool, schaltest Inserate, organisierst Gesprächstermine und pflegst die Bewerberkommunikation.
Zudem bist du zuständig für Ein- und Austritte, Vertragsmutationen und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben. Weiterhin unterstützt du Mitarbeitende, betreust Sozialversicherungen und bereitet die Lohnverarbeitung vor.
