System One is seeking a Physician Recruiter III to join our team for a remote contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities include performing all aspects of recruiting, serving as a strategic partner with hiring leaders, utilizing labor market and industry trends, developing sourcing strategies, creating pipelines of candidates, ensuring compliance with recruiting regulations, promoting the company's commitment to diversity, assisting with recruitment branding, understanding the culture and environment, and utilizing the applicant tracking system.
Requirements include experience in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates, strong understanding of compliance with federal, state, and local EEO regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
