OBAN Corporation is seeking an HR Specialist I to support a federal agency client in retirement and benefits administration. This remote role focuses on consulting employees and managers on FEHB/HDHP/HSA, FEGLI, EAP, FMLA, and related programs.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least three years in a federal environment, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. Must obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.
