In this role, you will work directly with U.S.

-based job seekers
, helping them understand our Full Placement Assistance services and guiding them throughout their job search journey.

You will manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously, optimize their professional branding, coordinate recruiter outreach, support interview scheduling, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience until placement.

This role is ideal for recruiters, career consultants, HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, resume writers, business development professionals, and customer success managers.

• Understand each job seeker's career goals and technical background.
• Conduct detailed profile review sessions.
• Identify strengths, skill gaps, and positioning opportunities.
• Recommend the most suitable placement strategy.

Work closely with candidates to improve their professional branding by:

• Resume Optimization
• Linked In Profile Optimization
• Professional Summary Improvement
• Skills Optimization
• Keyword Optimization

Market candidate profiles across multiple recruitment channels, including:

• Linked In
• Dice
• Indeed
• Company Career Pages

Support hiring across:

• Full-Time
• Contract
• Contract-to-Hire
• W-2
• C2C (where applicable)

Maintain continuous communication with assigned candidates.

Provide updates regarding:

• Employer feedback
• Resume improvements

Coordinate the complete interview process, including:

• Interview Scheduling
• Calendar Coordination
• Candidate Preparation
• Interview Reminders
• Feedback Collection
• Follow-ups

Assist candidates during the offer stage by helping with:

• Offer Review
• Employment Documents
• Work Authorization Documentation
• Employer Communication

Manage 2–3 active candidate profiles simultaneously
