Key Responsibilities:

• Own US payroll execution in Rippling

• Build and manage the multi-state compliance calendar

• Design and implement onboarding workflows

• Run employee relations casework under US laws

• Develop workforce dashboards for leadership

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years in People Operations or HR

• Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll

• Ability to conduct end-to-end US ER cases

• Proven AI fluency in workflow automation

• Willingness to work US Eastern hours
