Position: Field Recruiter (Remote) - IL, CA, WI, MN, OR, WA

Job Description

Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, partnering with schools on hiring best practices, sharing relevant market intelligence, and delivering an exceptional, human-centered experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turnover.

This position can be based in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR, or WA.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $65-75k.
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
