Niagara is seeking an HRIS Analyst II (Remote) to optimize HR technology, primarily Workday, and support the HR system landscape across HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, and more. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure data integrity, and help deliver scalable HR solutions with HR stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HRIS experience, including Workday configuration, testing, and documentation.
