Bolder Apps is seeking a fractional HR lead to own people operations for a distributed team across the US, Central Asia, Georgia, and Latin America. The role is on a retainer of about ten hours per week, fully remote and async-friendly.
You will run payroll in Rippling, manage contracts and classifications, and drive recruiting in Workable and Hireflix. You’ll also build onboarding and offboarding systems, SOPs, and scalable people ops processes to leave behind reliable, working systems.
