Insmed is seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Discovery & Selection (TDS) Operations to optimize recruiting technology and automate workflows. Hybrid role based in Bridgewater, NJ with remote work most of the time, onsite Mondays and Tuesdays.
You will coordinate the TDS tech stack, develop dashboards, and support onboarding and high-volume periods, enabling recruiter productivity and enhanced candidate experience.
