We're partnering with an organization to hire a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi‑state workforce.
This position is highly employee-facing and best suited for someone who enjoys customer service, high-volume work, and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence.
- Support employees across multiple states
- Manage 20-25 active leaves at a time in a fast-paced environment
- Serve as the primary contact for benefits and leave inquiries, including a high-volume inbox
- Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and internal leave programs
- Partner closely with managers and HR to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work processes
- 3+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws
- Proven ability to work directly with employees and managers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable pulling reports
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Salary up to $65,000
- Standard business hours, remote (Must live in the Greater Phoenix AZ area)
