Benefits Administrator - Remote; live in Phoenix AZ area)

We're partnering with an organization to hire a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi‑state workforce.
This position is highly employee-facing and best suited for someone who enjoys customer service, high-volume work, and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence.

• Support employees across multiple states
• Manage 20-25 active leaves at a time in a fast-paced environment
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits and leave inquiries, including a high-volume inbox
• Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and internal leave programs
• Partner closely with managers and HR to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work processes

• 3+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws
• Proven ability to work directly with employees and managers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable pulling reports
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Salary up to $65,000
• Standard business hours, remote (Must live in the Greater Phoenix AZ area)
