Remote Organizational Design Consultant

Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Remote Organizational Design Consultant to partner with executive leadership in evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing organizational structures across a large enterprise environment. This individual will lead organizational effectiveness initiatives, support workforce transformation efforts, and develop recommendations that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and align people strategy with business objectives.

• Assess current organizational structures and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Evaluate reporting relationships, management layers, spans of control, and workforce distribution to drive organizational optimization.
• Partner with CHRO, executive leaders, and business stakeholders to develop future-state organizational models.
• Facilitate workforce planning discussions and organizational effectiveness assessments.
• Develop recommendations regarding team structures, role alignment, resource allocation, and operating models.
• Support change management activities associated with organizational redesign initiatives.
• Utilize data and workforce analytics to identify trends, organizational risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of dedicated Organizational Design, Organization Effectiveness or Development experience.
• Experience leading organizational redesign efforts within companies of 5,+ employees.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-wide reorganizations, restructuring initiatives, and workforce optimization projects. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, organizational effectiveness certification, or equivalent professional level HR certification.
• Telecommunications experience.
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational transformations, or enterprise change initiatives.
