    Contract Recruiter - Veterinary Support Staffing
  • Compensation: $40-$55/hr, based on experience-Competitive Hourly Rate DOE

Overview

We are seeking a fast-paced Contract Recruiter to manage full-cycle staffing for critical veterinary support roles. You will focus on sourcing, screening, and pipelining high-demand clinical talent- including Veterinary Technicians (LVTs/CVTs), Veterinary Assistants, Front Desk Coordinators and customer service reps to ensure seamless hospital/practice operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume veterinary clinical support positions.
  • Source passive talent using job boards, Linked In, and specialized veterinary networks.
  • Screen candidates for technical clinical skills, licensing, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers.
  • Maintain an organized applicant pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (Veterinary or Healthcare staffing highly preferred).
  • Proven track record filling high-volume or high-demand clinical support positions.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Strong phone screening, candidate engagement, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
