Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the headcount growth of the company through the management of the recruiting process.
  • Directly manage the remote-based recruiting staff.
  • Indirectly manage & coordinate activities of recruiters in conjunction with Field Managers & field office requirements.
  • Closely work with all ADEX Operations Management to collect and publish open requirements and coordinate priorities.
  • Develop and oversee the training of all recruiters to include:
    • Applicant Tracking System use.
    • Calling and recording outcomes.
    • Use of e-mail and other social media
    • Establish performance metrics
    • On-going monitoring and tutoring.
  • Responsible for the management of the sourcing function to support recruiters by identifying new sources of candidates.
  • Responsible for the management of job postings on the company website(s).
  • Responsible for the management of company Job Board accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
