Sleep Number is seeking a Contract Recruiter to independently recruit for high-volume roles across functions from a fully remote location in the United States. You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, partner with the interview team, and help drive onboarding and process improvements while leveraging Workday and other ATS/CRM tools.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full lifecycle recruiting, strong sourcing and assessment skills, and the ability to influence mid-level leaders.
