Human Resources Intern; Part-Time

Continental Properties is looking for a Human Resources Intern (Part-Time) for Fall 2025 to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues. You will report to our Talent Acquisition Lead.

Candidates must be able to work 20-30 hours per week during the Fall 2025/Spring 2026 semester.

• Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)
• Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle
• Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review
• Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers
• Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities
• Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience

• Currently a college student of Junior or Senior standing enrolled in an Human Resources, Business, or related program
